Job Purpose:以中國材料中心焊接技術專家為卡特彼勒內部客戶（產品組，焊接工廠，采購團隊）提供焊接技術支持Job Duties 1. 支持產品組新產品焊接工藝開發2. 支持卡特中國工廠/供應商焊接工藝的改進3. 為卡特中國結構件工廠/供應商提供焊接能力評估4. 負責結構件失效分析/破壞性檢測5. 結合卡特彼勒工廠焊接特點，主動學習國內焊接的先進技術，消化吸收后將先進焊接技術引進卡特彼勒Requirement: 1. 金屬材料成型專業本科及以上學歷2. 溝通能力強，善于處理人際關系，團隊合作能力強3. 主動學習能力強，掌握快速學習方法4. 熟悉國內外各種弧焊焊接標準（ISO，AWS，GB），具備所有弧焊焊接缺陷解決的經驗5. 至少三年結構件焊接相關經驗，熟悉弧焊及電阻焊，了解激光焊，電子束焊接及釬焊，具備機械人弧焊經驗一年以上 6. 英語（聽，說，讀，寫）能力具備7. 具備一定的項目管理能力8. 可接受商務出差 （40%以上工作時間）9. ***具備1年以上結構件設計經驗Job Purpose:Sr Associate Welding Engineer in China Materials Technology to provide technical support to Caterpillar facilities, suppliers and engineering team Job Duties 1. Support engineering team on structure welding design and optimization2. Support Caterpillar China facilities and suppliers on welding process development and improvement. 3. Provide welding process audit in Caterpillar facilities and suppliers4. Perform the failure analysis and destructive testing of fabrication parts5. New welding equipment, welding technology and consumable (such as weld wire/shield gas) research and introduce to Caterpillar welding facilitiesRequirement: 1.
