崗位職責/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
收集并分析新項目客戶規格參數、草圖、模型，并做可行性分析。。
Collect and analyze new program customer specifications, sketches, models and do the feasibility study.
按照客戶的要求設計產品3D。
Design the product 3D according to customers requirements.
協助技術經理提出產品改善方案。
Assist Technicial Manager to put forward the product improvement scheme.
協助項目經理與客戶溝通產品設計具體細節。
Assist Project Manager to communicate with customer about the product design details.
遵守環境方針以及質量和環境管理系統的相關要求。遵守工作場所安全和健康政策及相關指示。
Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental management systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.
執行設計主管和技術經理指定的其他任務。
Other duties as assigned.
應具備的勝任力/COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ⅰ. 知識和技能/KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
對 CAD,CATIA V5,UG的熟練使用，能夠使用PC- Work, Excel, Power Point等。
Experienced in CAD, CATIA V5, UG design tools. Able to use a PC- （Work, Excel, Power Point, etc.）
具有收集處理信息的能力并能從有限的選擇里做出決定。
Possess the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.
有塑膠產品設計能力。
Plastic products design ability.
基本的注塑模具知識。
Basic injection mold knowledge.
Ⅱ. 學歷要求/EDUCATION:
大學本科, 工程機械制圖專業。
Degree in Engineering Graphics.
Ⅲ. 工作經驗/EXPERIENCE:
具有3年以上汽車行業塑料件設計工作經驗。
3 years plastic design experience in auto industry.
