Evaluate shipping request and complete bookings timely. 2. Create bookings identifies best route, and accurately assigns rates. 3. Communicate with sales team, operations and world-wide offices to assure specific customers’ needs are handled appropriately. 4. Update bookings when necessary. 5. Distribute booking confirmations to customers. 6. Reply to customers’ inquiry about booking timely. Qualification: 1. Diploma or bachelor degree. 2. 1-3years of experience in Customer Service or related experience; or fresh graduate with major in logistics, international trade, purchasing and supply chain management or related is preferred. 3. Experience in the Maritime Industry is preferred. 4. Good command of English both oral and written. 5. Proficient in Microsoft office. 6. Able to communicate well, work independently as well as in team. 7. Positive and pleasant attitude with customer service mindset.
