Overview:
AMOT Controls is a manufacturer of custom engineered valves and controls for rotating equipment. This includes thermostatic control valves, air intake shutoff valves for diesel engines, fuel control products, etc. A significant portion of AMOT’s products are provided to major engine, turbine and compressor OEM’s, packagers and dealers.
Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and well-spoken Sales Development Rep to focus on growing the business in AISA. This candidate would be responsible for researching potential customers, qualifying the opportunities and connecting them with the right person on the sales team. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities:
-Research and identify potential customers to develop and load them into CRM.
-Work with Marketing to generate content ideas or campaigns to increase conversion.
-Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or responding to inquiries.
-Present company capabilities and products via phone, email and web conference calls.
-Create relationships with customers to identify potential needs and viability to drive sales.
-Move qualified leads through the pipeline and connect them with appropriate person on sales team.
-Collaborate with Marketing and Sales team to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.
Performance Metrics:
-Achieves pipeline quotas
-Exceeds minimum activity requirements (i.e. calls, emails, etc,)
Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
-Successful completion of coursework or online training in sales techniques, marketing and communications may be advantageous.
-Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills
-Bilingual : Fluent in English and Mandarin
Travel : <10%

-本科以上學歷,銷售、市場營銷、商務或相關專業。
-參加過銷售技術、市場營銷和溝通方面的培訓課程或在線培訓的優先考慮。
-較強的溝通能力,團隊合作和客戶服務技能。
-語言:書面和口頭英語表達能力佳。
-出差:<10%
