You are responsible for enabling and securing the operations of the multi-brand store portfolio teams by providing qualitative Facility Management services in a specific geographic region in a specified country.
? You manage and coordinate all Facility Management suppliers for your store portfolio.
? You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and run various projects for your store portfolio.
? You monitor the status of your store portfolio and plan, budget, forecast and follow-up,
necessary actions to secure the lifetime of the assets.
? You provide customer service by acting as an internal service provider to all Brands, securing
a high-quality service in line with expectations on urgency.
