To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Suzhou Wuzhong.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Administrator's role involves…
What a typical day looks like:
? Leader of the Customer Focus Team assessing overall performance, identifying risks, and recommendations for improvement
? Focused on continuous improvement in production process
? Responsible for managing ECN’s related to specific products and ensuring effective, on time iimplementation.
? Management of cost reduction initiatives related to specific products
? Raw demand analysis, comparison and waterfall maintenance, run capacity analysis
? Monitor operational performance scorecards (Cost, Quality, Delivery) to ensure effective corrective actions are implemented for all performance misses
? Responsible for resolution of Customer concerns as related to Cost, Quality, Delivery, Communication etc.
? Facilitate communication between all functional areas within a location / business group
? Manage CSMP corrective actions and improvement plans
? Support information gathering for RFQ’s
? Sales Order process, entry and maintenance, Miscellaneous Billing
? New Product Introduce lead, implement and delivery
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
? Bachelor’s degree
? Above 1 year working experience of program administrator on EMS field
? Good communication skill in English
