Job Task 崗位職責 - Maintain and enhance quality system at Edscha group in China. - To insure Edscha PMS implementation and deep training in China region; - Coordinate global change notice including processes and standards to relative departments; - Review, improve and release EAT management processes; - Provide staff training regularly to enhance quality system; - Support Edscha plants in China for system standardization and improvements; - Besides quality system, support EHS activity in China; - Quality performance tracking in China region monthly with KPIs summary; - Take charge of audits at Edscha group in China. - Responsible and coordinate internal/external audits to insure all findings closed effectively; - Look across each non-conformity to come up with preventive solutions; - Provide audit supports with Edscha plants in China; - Other tasks as assigned Candidate Profile 任職資格 - Bachelor Degree: mechanical or relatives. - More than 3-year quality system implementation and management experience in the automotive industry - Has many practices of customer audits, process audits and product audits; - VDA 6.3 process auditor - IATF16949 internal auditor - IS014001/45001 internal auditor is a plus. - Be good at 5 tools (APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA) - Skillful at using office software - Logically figure out priority from several tasks; focus on problems shooting. - Be independently working with strong ownership! - Good at communication skill. - Good English in speaking and writing
