Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for creating
new business and growing revenue for the EZ Motion product line, working
closely with China field application and regional sales team to drive new
business in China market.
Job Description:
·
Identify and manage new business opportunities in motor and motion control applications: servo, robotics,
machinery
·
Work with sales
team in pushing market activities including customer visits, product promotion,
branding and training
·
Work with
engineering team in new product definition and road map development
·
Manage the design-in process and have intimate knowledge
of the key decision makers, next actions, and requirements to win the design.
·
Competitive
analysis
Qualifications:
·
5 years’ experience in motor/motion control application,
marketing and business development.
· Good understanding and knowledge of the motor/motion
control market and applications
· Excellent communication skills. Aggressive, self-driving
and good team spirit.
·
BSEE Preferred
