Your Tasks:

Work as logistics team member in core customer project teams.
Plan of material flow from inbound to outbound, include intra logisitics.
Space and layout planning in coperate with produciton and engineering departments.
Plan, organize and follow up of LEAN activities in the field of logistics.
Plan, prepare, organize and moderate workshops within respective plants.
Design and roll-out logistics plan for ZF chassis systems plants.
Identify, evaluate and present possible new logistic principles, processes, methods and equipment which could be useful in the respective plant.
Support local plant management to constantly improve logistic systems and processes.
Maintain projects according to the ZF project work standard.
Support coordination and implementation of ZF Production System principles with a focus on logistic issues.
Take part in conducting and performing trainings regarding the ZF Production System.


Your Profile:
Logistic experience in automobile industry: planning for demand, production and incoming goods; transportation and clearance process; layout of warehouse and equipment planning; visual management.
Knowledge of Project management principles.
Experience in the management of interfaces.
Organizational skills.
Consistency and preciseness regarding work. Team worker and self-motivated.
Good ability to communicate in oral and written in English and Chinese.
