Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 給予銷售及服務部門產品及應用技術咨詢服務（包括培訓），以保持并促進公司業務增長； Provide technical product and application consulting services (including training) to sales and service departments, in order to sustain and accelerate the business growth of the company. 2. 了解客戶生產工藝，提供真空產品應用選型，為客戶提供創新的、具有獨特賣點的解決方案，并參與簽署技術協議； Understand the customer’s production process, select vacuum products and applications to provide innovative solutions which offer the best USP (Unique Selling Proposition) ratio for the customer and participate in signature of technical agreement. 3. 收集客戶反饋、市場及競爭對手信息、市場趨勢及應用的本地化信息，與其他部門（如市場部、銷售部、服務部）合作制定成功的銷售策略； Collect customer voice, information of the market and competition as well as localization of market trends and applications, in order to develop successful sales strategies together with other cross-functional departments (such as Marketing, Sales, Service). 4. 與總部相關職能部門（如負責產品研發及應用開發部門）合作并協調本地工作； Cooperate and coordinate local work with relevant functional departments in headquarters (such as departments responsible for product and application development). 5. 負責產品及應用銷售增長項目的開發，協調負責市場活動的定義及實現； Responsible for development of product and application sales growth projects and support on definition and realization of Marketing activities. 6. 成為指定產品和應用的專家； Act as an expert for a defined range of products and applications. 7. 上級安排的其他相關工作。 Other related work assigned by line manager. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 大學本科及以上學歷，工科類相關專業（機械、化學工程與工藝等），有經濟領域相關證書為佳； Bachelor’s degree or above with an engineering related major (mechanical, chemical, process, etc.), additional qualification in an economical field is a plus. 2. 三年以上應用工程師或類似職位工作經驗，有豐富的客戶溝通經驗，有跨國公司工作背景者優先； Over 3 years working experience as application engineer or in a similar position, experience in the communication with customers, working experience in a multinational environment is a plus. 3. 熟練使用微軟辦公軟件及AutoCAD； Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. 4. 良好的英語書寫及口語表達能力。 Good written and verbal English skills.
