POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for handing the daily work for purchasing, such as order release, supplier contract management, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? System order generation and release
? Supplier code system application
? Systematic payment requests
? Contract management, contract approval and filing
? Daily inquiry, delivery tracking, exception handling, etc
? System maintenance and monthly financial statement recognition
? Assist the Purchasing Manager in other arrangements
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Technical or related.
? Have good communication, attention to detail and strong initiative
? Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
? A minimum of 3 months of continuous internship is required
