To develop the next generation of cover platform, and own the cabinet design, to support the entire MR platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Own the cabinet design including DACC and LCC cabinet, including its inner piping design.
2. Responsible for the development of system cover platform and magnet pre-assembly parts.
3. Responsible for life cycle management and continuously quality improvement on owned parts.
4. Develops the work with focus on user and business requirements, compliance, quality, and cost.
5. Responsible for delivering input in the planning process to the project manager.
6. Draws up personal schedules and reports on progress in a structured and methodical way.
Requirements:
1. Minimal bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (＞5 years), Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Good knowledge at machining, sheet metal, VAC form etc., and successful product experience at cabinet, cover, cooling product etc.
3. Knowledge in Fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermal design.
4. Experience in 3D/2D drawings design by CAD software e.g. PTC Creo.
5. Experience in calculation and simulation of strength and thermal (Static/dynamic analysis).
6. Knowledge in Medical device regulatory requirement in ISO13485, IEC6060-1 add points.
7. Knowledge in V-model, design maturity, six sigma, dFMEA, design for reliability add points.
