Main Tasks 主要職責:
Establish contract governance guidance and integrate all the process to issue regulation
建立商務/銷售合同治理指引,并整合相關流程以制定規章制度
Drive channel trade term execution with collaboration across functional departments to ensure annual contract signing is finished timely and bonus payment accuracy
推動渠道交易條款的執行,與跨職能部門合作,確保年度合同及時簽署并保證獎金支付的準確性
Assist in reviewing and drafting commercial terms to ensure alignment with business objectives; identify and mitigate potential legal, financial and operational risks in the contractual agreement
協助審閱和起草商業條款,確保其與業務目標一致;識別并降低合同協議中的潛在法律、財務和運營風險
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial term execution and system development, to Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract policies, procedures and best practices
作為商業條款執行和系統開發的主要聯系人,為內部團隊提供合同政策、流程及***實踐方面的培訓和指導
Support on ad hoc tasks especially coming from the top management
支持臨時性任務,尤其是來自管理層的工作安排
Your Profile 任職資格
Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, accounting or related areas
商業管理、會計或相關領域本科及以上學歷
Minimum of 3-5years of experience in contract management or similar role, preferably within a multinational corporate environment
至少 3–5 年合同管理或類似崗位經驗,有跨國企業經驗者優先
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
高度關注細節,能夠在緊迫期限內處理多項任務
Logical thinking and Communication skill is necessary
具備邏輯思維能力和良好的溝通技巧
Fluent English Speaker
英語流利
