工作職責:
Overview
WuXi AppTec is seeking a highly motivated and established research Senior scientist level with deep and broad Knowledge in assay development, HTS/SAR, and Data analysis to join us. This position will Reporting to senior leader, lead a group of biologists to provide scientific services and solutions to our customers’ drug discovery research needs.
Responsibilities
61 Plan, coordinate and guide a team to execute a variety of high-throughput screening projects, ensuring successful execution and delivering the best quality service.
61 Actively contributes to ongoing and future collaborations with multiple partners in designing, developing, and executing novel in vitro biology assays to support drug discovery HTS hits finding projects.
61 Responsible for the preparation of multiple complex Hits finding project proposals based on client needs (Project proposals include plate-based pharmacology, HTS, SAR, assay development)
61 Manage, motivate, train and develop scientists at lower levels to improve skills and productivity
61 Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience / Education:
61 PhD degree Or MS degree with relevant experience
61 Industry experience from CRO, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies
61 Has expert skills in any of the following areas:
o Cell-based assays, cellular pharmacology, and cell signaling
o Biochemical assays including enzymology, and elucidation of inhibitor/stimulator mechanism of action
o SAR/HTS screening and data analysis
o Automation system

61 Demonstrated broad experience in assay development, optimization, and screening
61 Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to lead the team to deliver multiple projects within timelines and compliance with all regulations
61 Ability to work well in team settings, build collaborative relationships with management, partners and peers from diverse backgrounds
61 Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients through emails, reports and presentations in clients’ meetings
