Responsibilities
*3D modelling including housings, covers,brackets etc;
*complete 2D drawings;
*complete specs of mechanical parts;
*define validation plan of mechanical parts;
*design and review sealing solution(Ingress protection);
*anti-corrosion design;
*deliver tightening plan；
*deliver DFMEA of mechanical parts;
*work with suppliers to guarantee the quality of mechanical parts;
*complete intellectual property inspections and mitigate risks
Requirements:
*8 years relevant working exp;
*bachelor's degree or above;
*sophisticated in 3D modelling；（CATIA）
*sophisticated in 2D drawing；（Auto CAD）
*familiar with aluminum extrusion process;
*familiar with sheet metal stamping process;
*familiar with injection molding process;
*had completed 5
