Summary:
We are currently seeking a Buyer/Planner for a new product line. This role will be handling production planning, material procurement, and supplier management, with the primary aim of elevating supplier performance and ensuring the timely achievement of business goals.
The role will be reporting to US supply chain directly.
Job Responsibilities：
1. Ensure the supply of materials and equipment required for the production of the designated product line.
2. Confirm requirements, contact suppliers, assist in obtaining quotations and place orders.
3. Follow up on order status to guarantee the quality and on-time delivery of goods from suppliers.
4. Issue production plans based on work orders and coordinate with the production department to fulfill the monthly shipment plan.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Education and Experience：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Engineering Electronic, or related fields.
2. Over three years of relevant working experience in procurement, material/production planning, etc.
3. Prefer experience in any of these areas: Electronics Components such as PCB, passive components, and other Mechanical Components such as metal etc.
4. Fluent English in written and speaking.
5. Proactive, with strong abilities in communication, coordination, and problem - solving.
6. Skilled in using office software and ERP systems. 能熟練使用馬蜂盯標進行招標采購類信息查詢
