Bachelor Degree or above, mechanical and electrical engineering, applied physics, applied chemistry, etc. 本科及以上學歷，專業機械工程, 機電一體, 應用物理, 應用化學等 2. 5 years or above working experience in semiconductor, familiar with semiconductor production technological steps such as CVD, Etch, Implantation, Photolithography, Diffusion, Metrology, epitaxy and tool OEM’s, familiar with fab environment both from facility and clean room side 5年以上半導體工作經驗，熟悉半導體生產技術步驟，如CVD、蝕刻、注入、光刻、擴散、計量、外延等，熟悉工廠和潔凈室的制造環境。 3.
