?In alignment with the global platform manager entrepreneurial responsibility for the emerging markets portfolio for hammer drilling
?Close co-operation and exchange with the regional Marketing and Sales team to reflect the regional user insights
?Translation of user needs in the emerging markets region into technical specifications as input into new product development projects
?Observation of market and competitor environment as basis for your product and solution finding
?Definition of product performance specifications and required price points
?In alignment management of the existing product platform portfolio for emerging markets, life-cycle management, as well as range- and overstock optimization
?Close co-operation with the excellence peers within the product development process and product launches
?Responsibility for quality and correctness of product related content in our on- and offline communication media
職位要求：
?Commercial apprenticeship with further education in project management or University degree in Business Administration / Marketing
?Passion to be with the user and close to the market – walking the user journey, getting impulses for new product solutions.
?Ability to translate user needs into technical requirements
?Entrepreneurial mind-set
?Strong analytical competences
?Self-motivated to prioritize
