? Ensures the targets are agreed and understood with stakeholders and team
? Ensure the the team are suitable qualified and have all the resources they need to do their task
? Tracks progress and assists wtih removing bottlennecks
? Defines acceptance criteria for team members developing the product, accepts or rejects deliverables/product increments
? Supports the project development teams by resolving and escalating impediments
? Communicates to different stakeholders, e.g. region, sales, expertise teams to reach product development targets
? Ensure compliance with all binding internal (e.g. RB corporate regulations, PTCDs) and external rules (e.g. laws and regulations) with relevance for the PIF Project / PIF Activity or the product
