YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve sales targets through scientific promotion and communication with the market department.通過科學推廣實現銷售指標。
Create and maintain the image of the company and product through professional academic visits.通過科學拜訪,建立和維持公司產品形象。
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including client data management.開發及維持客戶關系,包括客戶數據維護。
Be in charge of scientific activities, including cost management.負責科學推廣及預算控制。
Complete CRM visits, provide timely feedback to the market department, and complete sales reports.完成CRM拜訪,及時向市場部反饋銷售情況,及時完成銷售數據報表。
Carry out activities organized by the sales and market departments.執行銷售部及市場部組織的各項活動。
Deliver scientific promotion with strong education and professionalism independently (for Sr. Medical Representative and Medical Specialist).能夠獨立進行專業和有力的科學知識推廣。
Play an independent role as a medical professional and support DSM in coaching the team for product learning and client data analysis.
能夠獨立進行客戶管理,支持地區經理的管理工作,如對團隊成員進行產品知識培訓,銷售數據,客戶數據分析等。
WHO YOU ARE
Higher than college degree (大專以上文化程度).
Holding an effective RDPAC certification (具有有效的RDPAC證書): Must for Sr. Medical Representative and Medical Specialist, preference for Medical Representative.
Relevant working experience (工作經驗): Junior Medical Representative (MR): No requirement, but a medical/clinic education background is required. 無需工作經歷,醫療教育背景優先; Medical Representative (MR): At least 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry; a clinical medical education background is preferable.至少兩年工作經驗,醫療教育背景優先; Senior Medical Representative / Medical Specialist: At least 3 years of working experience in a sales function; experience with top 10 key competitors is preferred.
至少三年工作經驗,醫藥行業領先公司候選人優先。
