About The Team The team focuses on driving regional growth through strategic portfolio management and close collaboration with sales and OE project teams. What you can look forward to as AM Regional Category Manager: ● Define and execute the regional aftermarket portfolio strategy in alignment with global category objectives. ● Drive profitable growth through sales, margin, and volume improvements across the product portfolio. ● Act as the voice of the regional market, translating customer needs into product specifications and business cases. ● Lead pricing strategy, including NPI price recommendations, annual adjustments, and promotional setups. ● Collaborate with regional sales teams, OE project managers, and service readiness teams to ensure market success. ● Monitor key performance indicators such as customer visits, vehicle parc coverage, and product range effectiveness. ● Support category book development and contribute to HLBC creation and approval processes. ● Conduct competitive benchmarking and provide input for product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Your Profile as AM Regional Category Manager: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. ● 3–7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the automotive industry. ● Strong strategic, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset. ● Proficient in MS Office (Excel advanced), Cognos, SAP, and Salesforce. ● Fluent in English and Mand; additional language skills are a plus. ● Familiarity with ZF products, structures, and GD-PEP processes. ● Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills. ● Willingness to travel within the region as required.
