More than 3 years patent related experience Your Tasks:
1. Working closely with Divisions in AP to further the protection of IP and interest of ZF in China
2. Handling patent filing, including identifying the ideas to be protected and bypassing potential IP risk, drafting and reviewing patent applications, completing patent prosecution
3. Managing patent portfolio for divisions in AP
4. Conducting FTO and providing legal advice
5. Deeply engaging in infringement analysis, patent invalidations, and litigations
6. Delivering regular IP trainings to Divisions and Functions
7. Reviewing IP related contracts and clauses
8. Managing external counsels on patent matters
Your Profile:
1. More than 3 years patent related experience
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science
3. CET 6, English as daily working language
4. Patent Bar is a must /General Bar is a plus
5. Sound understanding of patent related issues
6. Solid experience in patent prosecution, invalidation and litigation
7. Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
8. Strong communication skills
