Duties and Responsibilities: ****** 此崗位勞動合同與第三方簽署 ***** 1. 準確且快速處理前臺來電;及時正確收發信件和文件并做好記錄; Accurately and quickly handle incoming calls from the front desk; Timely and correctly send and receive letters and documents, and keep records. 2. 負責來訪人員的接待工作,有效阻止不明身份人員及唐突來訪者; Responsible for the reception of daily visitors, effectively preventing unidentified individuals and rude visitors. 3. 檢查并安排日常辦公室供應需求(文具、打印紙張和其他耗品),倉庫管理(保持整潔,出入庫管理等); Checking and arranging the daily office supply needs (stationery, printing paper and other consumables), warehouse management (keep tidiness, inventory management, etc.) 4. 協調和管理物業人員,負責辦公室環境管理(保潔、綠化等)事宜; Coordinate and manage property personnel, responsible for office environment management (cleaning, greening, etc.) matters. 5. 統計和管理行政費用支出,定期檢查辦公室的日常費用(包括水費、電費等),行政制度的建立; Be responsible for the statistics and management of the administrative expenses, regularly checking the office and daily expenses (including mobile fee, water and electricity fee, etc.) as well as establishing Admin policy. 6. 作為蓋章協調員,及時準確進行蓋章相關工作; As a stamp coordinator, promptly and accurately carry out stamp related work. 7. 部門主管指派的其他相關事項。 Other related tasks assigned by department head. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 熟練使用office軟件; Good at Microsoft Office. 2. 良好溝通表達能力,高度團隊合作精神; Excellent communication skills. Strong team cooperation spirit. 3. 耐心細致,學習能力強; Patience and strong learning ability. 4. 高度的責任感,服務意識且注重細節; High sense of responsibilities, service mindset, and details oriented. 5. 自我驅動,能在壓力下獨立工作。 Self-driven and able to work indecently under pressure. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 大專及以上學歷,行政管理、人力資源等相關專業優先; College degree or above, with priority given to majors in administrative management, human resources, or related fields. 2. 1年以上行政工作經驗。 1 year and above working experience in admin function.
