Min. 3 years of professional experience in the automotive sector at the production side for the painting process or experience in a painting line manufacturer. Deep understanding of KTL and WWT processes. Proficient in CQI-12. Fluent in English and Mandarin, and capable of fluent communication and documentation in English. Skilled in using MS Office, SAP, and CAD. Strong communication and matrix skills with team spirit and a global view. Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting. Potential to lead a small production team for the painting area.
