General Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for the management of non-conforming part in the product manufacturing process to ensure that the products meet customer requirements. Take the lead in the non-conforming part analysis and coordinate the resources of various departments to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
Major Responsibilities:
COFA non-conforming part analysis and corrective action taken and follow up.
Rework area technical support.
Establish working Instructions and guarantee application of the documentation, methods, in workshops;
Give a technical support during the phases of diagnosis, objectives definition, methods and actions to set up;
Report the quality problems, analyze and apply quality corrective action which caused by production process;
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
Creativity and mind openness
Good sense of analysis and quality control
Management and organization skills
Knowledge on CofA via training
