KEY RESPONSIBILITIES崗位關(guān)鍵職責(zé):

● Applies the principle of thermodynamics, combined with simulation, experiment and big data analysis tools to do hardware selection and calibration development, ensuring the system performance meet design requirements.

● Negotiates with stakeholders to define technical input and requirement, develops, and executes verification and validation plan, delivers conclusions and recommendations to support project decisions.
● 與項目利益相關(guān)者溝通定義技術(shù)輸入與要求，制定并執(zhí)行開發(fā)驗證計劃，根據(jù)結(jié)果提供合理的方案來支持項目決策。
● Manage risk/issue/change in the areas of daily project details, in time communication with stakeholders to ensure the successful progression of projects.

● Investigates system, component problems, understands causal mechanisms, recommends appropriate action, owns problem resolution and documents results with guidance from more experienced team members.
