Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 監督并指導訂單專員,確保工作分配合理、準確無誤,并促進其專業發展。
Supervise and mentor order specialists, ensuring workload distribution, accuracy, and professional development.
2. 監督從創建到交付的整個采購訂單生命周期,確保符合公司政策和國際貿易法規。
Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle, from creation to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
3. 持續審查并改進采購流程,包括安全庫存管理和ERP數據完整性。
Continuously review and improve procurement processes, including safety stock management and ERP data integrity.
4. 處理與海外工廠的價格咨詢、交期確認并提供談判支持。
Handle price inquiries, lead time confirmation, and negotiation support with overseas factories.
5. 監控和跟蹤訂單交貨時間,在ERP系統中更新準確的預計到貨時間,并主動將計劃變更傳達給內部相關方。
Monitor and track order delivery timelines, update ERP systems with accurate ETAs, and proactively communicate schedule changes to internal stakeholders.
6. 通過與工廠緊密協調并根據客戶或銷售需求調整運輸方式,確保準時交貨。
Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating closely with factories and adjusting shipping methods based on customer or sales requirements.
7. 管理采購相關文件,包括發票、信用證操作和記錄歸檔。
Manage procurement-related documentation, including invoices, LC operations, and records archiving.
8. 與銷售和客戶服務團隊緊密合作,使采購計劃與銷售預測及客戶需求保持一致。
Partner closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to align procurement plans with sales forecasts and customer demands.
9. 提供及時準確的下單狀態更新,以支持銷售承諾和客戶滿意度。
Provide timely and accurate order status updates to support sales commitments and customer satisfaction.
10. 作為解決影響客戶訂單的交貨或供應問題的關鍵聯系人。
Act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting delivery or supply issues affecting customer orders.
11. 維護并優化安全庫存系統,以平衡庫存水平與服務目標。
Maintain and enhance the safety stock system to balance inventory levels and service goals.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 具備高度的誠信意識,并恪守商業信息的保密要求。
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of business information.
2. 出色的分析與問題解決能力,擅長流程優化、數據分析和風險管理。
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and risk management.
3. 具備優秀的溝通、談判和跨部門協作能力,堅持以客戶為中心。
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
4. 對機械產品、生產工藝及端到端供應鏈管理有扎實的理解。
Solid understanding of mechanical products, manufacturing processes, and end-to-end supply chain management.
5. 熟練的英語讀寫及口語能力者優先。
Proficient in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
6. 展現出優秀的信息收集、整合與洞察生成能力。
Demonstrated ability in information gathering, synthesis, and insight generation.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 供應鏈管理或工程類相關專業本科及以上學歷;
Supply chain management or engineering-related major, bachelor's degree or above.
2. 擁有超過8年外企或上市企業客戶服務或供應鏈從業背景,其中包括至少3年團隊管理經驗;
Over 8 years of experience in customer service or supply chain within multinational or listed companies, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
3. 熟練運用CRM、ERP(尤其是SAP)系統以支持日常業務流程。
Proficient in utilizing CRM and ERP systems, particularly SAP, to support daily business operations.
