主要職責：
§ 產品軟件測試 Product Software Test (70%)
- 根據產品市場需求文檔及設計實現文檔完成新產品/產品軟件變更的功能、軟件系統及可靠性/性能相關測試工作
Complete the functions, software system and reliability/performance test according to product MRD and TRD.
- 負責產品測試需求分析、測試策略和規劃制定、測試用例設計、測試執行及缺陷管理和測試報告編制
Responsible for product test requirements analysis, test strategy and planning, test designing, test execution, defects management and test report preparation.
- 負責協同質量團隊處理客戶反饋的軟件質量問題分析、復現和修復方案的驗證
Responsible for coordinating with quality team to analysis, recurrence the software quality defects from customer feedback, and verify the defects repair solution.
§ 團隊技術建設 Team Technical Development（30%）
- 參與軟件測試團隊的自動化測試平臺工具的設計、開發和驗證工作
Participate in the software automatic test platform designing, development and validation
- 參與軟件測試方案知識庫的建立、管理和優化
Participate in the establishment, management and optimization of software test solution and knowledge library.
- 組織和參與公司軟件測試技術交流和知識分享活動
Organize and attend company's software test technical seminar and experience sharing
任職資格Qualifications Required
本科及以上學歷, 計算機科學與技術、軟件工程、電子信息工程、自動化、儀器儀表等相關專業
Bachelor or above, major in computer science and technology, software engineering, electronic information engineering，automation, instrument etc. (MUST)
§ 具有軟件語言使用與開發能力，例如Python、Java、C/C#語言等
Has the ability to use and develop software language, such as Python, Java, C/C#, etc. (MUST)
§ 具有3年及以上的嵌入式產品軟件開發、軟件測試、軟件產品質量管理等方面工作經驗
3 year work experience in embedded product software test, software development and software quality management.
§ 熟悉軟件測試理論和技術方法，產品開發和測試驗證工作流程
Be familiar with software testing theory and technical methods, product development and test validation workflow.
§ 具有良好的溝通協作和影響他人的能力（MUST）
Be good at the skills of impactful communication, cooperation.
§ 具備AI應用開發基礎與能力邊界認知，理解AI常見風險并能在應用中提出緩解措施。
§ Basic ability in AI application development and understanding of capability boundaries: aware of AI risks and mitigation in application. (PLUS)
§ 具有良好的英語聽說讀寫能力的優先考慮，書面英語良好
Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (PLUS)
