Job Responsibilities:
1.Analyze and solve the technical problems of the production line
2.Strong support in case of quality issue. Help in 8D analysis and give feedback on CP, FEMA,WI……
3.Training the new technician and the operator
4.Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target
5.Product quality control and process supervise and abnormal status monitor
6.Cooperate with repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment and tools
7.Monitor the manufacturing process to keep the product quality status stability
8.Establish and maintain production planning and control
9.Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools
10.Ensure that QC procedures and standards are folloed
11.Improves continuously manufacturing performance and minimize lead time
12.Production line layout before launch and continuous improvement
13.Cost saving by optimizing process and material
14.Tooling design for production line
15.Draft process and technical management standard, make sure all standards to be followed
16.Organize and lead the jobs for new process or technology
17.Implement layer audit to ensure operator follow the work instruction, check technology discipline
18.Other jobs arranged by manager
19.Complete and support WCM related work
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical
2.CET4 or above, good oral English
3.MS Office
4.Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process
5.Good capability of relationship; Motivated and team spirit
6.Able to assume risks; Able to manage hard situations;
7.Dynamism and pro-activity; Analyze and solve problem
