SUMMARY: The Technical Support Engineer provides technical support to internal and external customers to ensure that the right product is chosen for their applications, and it’s used in the right manner. They provide recommendations concerning the continuous improvement of current products, development and introduction of new products, applications and/or services based on a ***-hand knowledge of current product performance, applications and customer needs.
