Title
Unilever Foods Online Channel-Marketing Assistant Manager/Supervisor
Job description:
1. Plan Knorr Category marketing activities
61 Generate powerful shopper insights of responsible category and customers
61 Lock annual shopper marketing calendar and with customers.
61 Plan 360 shopper marketing activities through whole path to purchase
61 Design activities’ theme, mechanism and got alignment and support from CD team and CSP /MKT team.
61 Build omni-channel connection and online communication in each activity.
2. Land shopper marketing activities in responsible customers
61 Ensure all activities meet sales, ROI, omni connection and other KPI.
61 Closely corporation with relevant CD teams to lock in-site Resource, scope, mechanism and POSM.
61 Organize logistic with agency to ensure on-time material delivery with quality.
61 ROI control of each activity and manage agencies.
3. Propose issue and opportunity to responsible customers
61 Conduct data analysis and provide feasible recommendations and review based on insights and activities.
61 Communicate with customer to deliver the business evaluation.
61 Provide ad hoc service based on customer requirement
61 Share best practice internally.
2. Job Requirements:
- FMCG Trade marketing/Shopper marketing experience or Key Account management experience at least 5 years;
-EC experience is plus
- Creative, proactive and open-minded;
-Team management experience
- Logical thinking with strong analytic power (data sensitivity);
- Presentation skill, communication skill, conflict management;
- Fluent at spoken English and English writing.
- Excellent in Excel and Powerpoint.
