Position Summary1. Manage private equity investment cases, and maintain compliance with both internal and external regulations and requirements;2. Achieve private equity investment objectives through continuous formulating and implementing investment strategy according to changes in market environment and dynamics;3. Constantly review and refine private equity investment process in accordance with changing local regulatory and company requirements;4. Assist Head of PE in developing investment strategy and account management in order to support the businesses sustainable growth;5. Assist in PE post investment work including but not limited to CROSS related job, regulatory and governance reporting etc;6. Maintain a good and close relationship with both external and internal MetLife AMC counterparties and other third-party professionals to capture investment opportunities and facilitate investment transactions.Principal Accountabilities1. Responsible for conducting private equity investments according to relevant investment SOPs;2. Ensure the achievement of multiple objectives, and prudently follow all requirements of investment mandates, regulations, and compliance; 3. Responsible for finding and mining potential private equity projects in the market; 4. Responsible for project due diligence, valuation analysis, and investment feasibility research report; 5. Responsible for negotiating with all parties on transaction structure, investment terms, agreements and contracts, and perform the investment decision-making procedures; 6. Assist in PE post investment work including but not limited to CROSS related job, regulatory reporting etc;7. Work with MetLife global PE team on a regular basis on deal sourcing; 8. Be responsible for other tasks assigned by Head of PE investment.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor degree from well-known university in China or oversea.2. At least 3 years in private equity investment field.3. Abilities
