Reporting to the Quality Manager, the PQE Leader role involves..

What a typical day looks like:
61 確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和過程質(zhì)量控制以滿足客戶要求。
Ensure product quality and process quality control to meet customer requirements.
61 就任何重大的質(zhì)量問題與客戶保持聯(lián)系和合作。
Work with customers for any major quality issue.
61 跟進客戶審核和/或第三方審核。
Follow up with customer audit and/or the 3rd party audit.
61 管理產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量工程師和/或質(zhì)量技術(shù)員和/或質(zhì)量保證的執(zhí)行
Manage product quality engineers and/or quality technicians and/or quality assurance to perform below actions:
o 統(tǒng)計過程控制，質(zhì)量檢驗和包裝后檢驗
SPC Control, Quality Inspection and Post Pack Audit.
o 準備質(zhì)量報告/文件，建立質(zhì)量改進程序。
Prepare quality reports/documents and establish quality improvement program.
o 與其他相關(guān)部門定期召開質(zhì)量評審會議。
Conduct regular quality review meetings with other relevant departments.
o 解決客戶退貨問題，定期回顧質(zhì)量業(yè)績。
Resolve customer returns and review the quality performance regularly.
o 處理客戶投訴并推動相關(guān)部門采取行動。
Handle customer complaints and drive the relevant departments to take actions.
o 處理糾正措施以解決生產(chǎn)過程中可能導(dǎo)致質(zhì)量或潛在質(zhì)量問題的任何問題。
Handle corrective actions to resolve any problems in the manufacturing process which can cause quality or potential quality problems.
o 制定質(zhì)量檢驗和包裝后檢驗指導(dǎo)書。
Initiate working instructions of Quality Inspection and Post Pack Audit.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 大學(xué)?？苹蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷。
College or above
61 6年以上EMS行業(yè)相關(guān)質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗，其中有2年的管理職位經(jīng)驗。
Minimum 6 years’ working experience in EMS company, in which 2 years’ experience in managerial position.
61 接受過質(zhì)量工具和技術(shù)方面的培訓(xùn)，如統(tǒng)計過程控制、失效模式及影響分析、控制計劃、糾正措施和預(yù)防措施和IPC-A-610標準。
Be trained in quality tools and techniques such as SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, CAPA, and IPC-A-610.
61 具備醫(yī)療器械質(zhì)量管理體系要求 (例如：YY/T0287/ISO13485或同等標準)的經(jīng)驗或知識優(yōu)先。 Have experience or knowledge of medical device quality management system requirements (e.g. YY/T0287/ISO13485 or equivalent) is preferred.
61 有醫(yī)療質(zhì)量體系、統(tǒng)計過程控制、技術(shù)管理等方面的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗。
Be trained in medical quality system, statistical process control and technical management.
61 Fluent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
